RETURNS

You may notify us that you wish to return your online purchase within 14 days after receiving it. Contact sales@mesnikovich.com with your order number. You must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You may try on the item as you would in a shop. Please return it clean and undamaged, with its tags and original packaging where possible, and include proof of purchase. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item's nature, characteristics and fit.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For a change of mind or an unsuitable size or fit, the customer pays the direct cost of return shipping. We do not offer free return labels for these returns. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of dispatch. We do not charge a restocking fee.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and details of the issue. MESNIKOVICH covers the necessary return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, request a return and place a separate order for the replacement. The new order follows our Shipping Policy, including free standard shipping on eligible orders of €450 or more after discounts.

REFUNDS

For a statutory withdrawal, we refund payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

For withdrawal from the entire order, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge. Any extra amount paid for a more expensive delivery option is not refundable.

Refunds are made to the original payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed, without a refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. These conditions do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
